I don’t why these keep showing on my feed back but here’s my list food to avoid for muscle build 1: protein powder 2: pre workout 3: protein bars And all the supplement Creatine can be useful but only 3 gram a day And here’s the list to build muscle and make sure to keep these in ur diet 1: eggs 2: chicken, turkey, tuna chunks, buffalo If u take these food u don’t even need to take creatine And here’s the exercise method to build muscle 1: wexercise only for 1 hour so that next day when u workout u can always give ur best 2: progressive overload 3: 3 set only per exercise 4: rep range between 6-12 and last set always focus on failure 5: patience and consistency Building muscle is not easy it takes time, consistency and patience Hope this helps for someone
